• Tapping or EFT is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure and works directly with the Fight - Flight - Freeze response of the nervous system.

• Kundalini Meditation offers the ideal structure to transcend and transform darkness into light and ignorance into knowledge, it expands the consciousness beyond human experience (transcendence) and with this, vitality, clarity and inner peace can be obtained in the mind and heart.

Tappilini was created by Neurodivergent ADHD+, PTSD Eduardo Emris Blanco in 2018, combining 3 powerful techniques: 1) Kundalini Transcendental Meditation, 2) Tapping or EFT, and 3) Breathwork.
